well a couple of months ago my daddy receive a letter from the credit card company demanding him to pay the credit card debt but the account number on the letter didn’t match with his numbers. So he called the number on the letter but they said they cant do anything about and tell him to mail a letter to the address stating on the letter. Later, he mailed the letter to them . Now he found out that they’re sued him for the unpaid debt.
Help plz?

I am in a little debt I owe one credit card company 1700.00 ad another 350.00 how do I establish this debt without having to pay in full…I really want this off my credit the 350.00 credit card account was in my name but not for me I have never seen this card..But the 1700.00 was through my bank do you think I can set up payment plans….PLEASE!!!! I’m trying to increase my credit score. One of the negative factors on my credit report was the apparently small amount of available credit on my credits cards. My credit card company does not give out that information. What credit card companies will share this information with the credit bureaus.
