How can a person LEGALLY avoid paying credit card debt if they are not ready to pay yet? Example: NO INCOME?

Check with a bankrupcy attorney often the first visit is free..

they can get a judgement and when they do they can take your federal tax refund if you have one coming.they can also place an attachment on any future wages or monies you might get.they will try every avenue to collect on any debt you owe.excellent luck.
